The furniture I make is generally one of a kind and can vary considerably in the details, thus effecting the time and cost (either up or down) involved in making a piece. Hopefully by looking at the array of photos on this site, you can see the difference between a piece of furniture that fills a need and one that could actually be a joy to live with. Bringing the later about is a heartfelt goal of mine.

The commissioning process:
After the initial consultation, perhaps by email, or telephone, I'll make some preliminary sketches or drawings and get them to you for alterations / approval. A 50% deposit puts the work on my schedule to be made by the agreed upon delivery date, with the balance due on completion. Delivery charges, if any, depend on distances and shipping choices.
